Pricing Breakdown by Service

  • Starting at $30 /guest + Food Costs + Travel & Logistics (Base $35)

_____Elite Catering_____

_____Private Dinners_____

In short.....

total pricing will equal

(Guest Service Charge + Food costs + Travel &. Logistics)

 

example:   Express Catering for (10 guests)

$30/guest ($300) +  food costs ($100) + T/l ($35) 

Equals = $435 or $43.5/Guest

The $200 deposit paid to book The Express catering service will be applied to this total

$435 - $300 deposit= $135 remaining balance

you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance

balance due 3 days prior to event

Consultation & Reserving Dates

Reserve the date

  • simply reserve an available Date by paying the service deposit, and we will reach out to set up a consultation within 24 Business hours to create and begin processing your order/invoice.

This option is handy when you NEED a specific Date!  services are first pay first serve, if you choose to request an estimate/consultation for a date This may take up to 72 hours to complete before being able to verify menu items and event details before being able to pay a deposit, IF a client submits a deposit by simply "reserving the date" before your estimate process is complete, then you will forfeit that date!

Food Cost

  • Food costs will be a close estimate of the costs of the ingredients required to assemble the dishes that you request, in the quantity that you desire.

  • food costs have  a margin of error of +\- $50. 

    • In the instance that food costs exceed $50 more than estimated, we will pay the difference for remaining amount over $50

  • Seafood will always be sold at market price! (This does not apply to the margin of error)

  • a menu will need to be selected and verified before food costs can be calculated and the estimate process can be fully complete.

  • Receipts and proof of purchase will be provided upon completion of the grocery purchase order. Any unused funds will be promptly returned with 24 hours.

  • The client can elect to either retrieve any left over or unused product, or forfeit them  for disposal or storage.

  • Estimates will be delivered after initial consultation or within 48 hours of post-deposit consultation.

Out of Town Trips & Delivery

  • Cayden's Cuisine is based in Houston,TX. I am more than happy to bring my business to wherever you are, whether domestic or international, but accommodations for travel expenses will need to be covered in addition to the deposit in order for the date(s) to be secured.Texas

  • Flat rate fees for cities listed below: (Excludes events over 25 guests & Cocktail)

    • San Antonio - $200

    • Dallas - $250

    • Austin - $200

  • Delivery fees in houston ​are determined based on the service

    • Catering: starting at $35​

    • Private Dinners: starting at $35

  • food costs

  • Minimum 1 checked bag both ways

  • hotel/lodging accommodations

  • on trip travel expenses (rental/gas/uber/grocery delivery fees). 

Deposits & Refunds

  • The prices that you see listed and advertised is the deposit required  to book and hold the preferred date for said event.

  • Deposits will be credited towards the invoice total

  • Deposits are ONLY FULLY REFUNDABLE within 48 hours of payment, unless the event is within 7 days.

    • If it is booked within 7 days of the event, the deposit can only be transferred to another available date or person. if not , you will be subject to a $150 Abrupt cancellation fee. Any amount paid over $150 will be refunded

  • Deposits are partially refundable up until 14 days prior to the Day that the event is initially invoiced to Begin.

    • If you decided to cancel and have 30 days or more before the initial date of the event was scheduled to start, then the  deposit can be transferred to another available date or person. if not, you will be subject to a $150 Abrupt cancellation fee. Any amount paid over $150 will be refunded

  • deposits are  no longer refundable if canceled within 14 days of the event date.

    • However, deposits are transferrable to another open and available Date or another person. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations may or may not result in a refund. Please refer to Deposits & Refunds for detailed information

  • Rescheduling is possible when the new date is available and doesn't impede other scheduled for service engagements.

  • Re-Booking fee may apply if Travel expenses are incurred to accommodate New date. 

  • You must create an account to reschedule events.
